- minimum, uniform coefficient of expansion,
- a constant level of quality.
Physical properties:
- Hardening time: approx. 10-12 min.
- Compressive strength after 1 h: more than 20 N/mm sq.
- Hardness after 24 hours over 80 N/sq
- Linear expansion after 2 hours : below 0.14%
Mixing ratio:
- GILUDUR : water 100 g : 30 ml
- Water: gypsum 0.3 ml/g
- Operating temperature approx. 23 degrees. c
How to use:
- Fast in no more than 10 seconds. pour gypsum into water in the proportions given above and wait 20 seconds. until the water is absorbed by the gypsum.
Mechanical mixing : 30 sec. Manual mixing: 60 sec.
During this time, the gypsum reaches the optimum consistency for pouring into model molds on a shaker. Shaking time: approx. 6 min
After this time, stop shaking so as not to disturb the crystallization process.
Storage :
At least 12 months in sealed, moisture-proof packaging.
Packaging:
- 25kg.
Attention:
Due to the high weight of the goods (25 kg), an additional fee will be added to the shipment.
