Sebond Pink Bond Opaque.

Opaquer with integrated metal-resin bonding system for covering the framework (no additional bonding material required).

Instructions for use:

• Process the skeleton traditionally after casting;
• before applying the opaque, use 50-110um sand at a pressure of 2 bar and blow it with compressed air;
• apply one thin layer with a short-bristled brush (for opaque);

• To get the right effect you should apply at least 2 layers;

• NOTE: polymerize each layer separately

Recommendations:

• Sebond's fluidity can be optimized by mixing it on a ceramic plate;
• polymerization in a lamp for composite 1 layer 3-5 minutes.

Bredent Ropak UV opaque 20ml

Light-curing opaque for masking (hiding) metal structures in frame dentures, which allows for high aesthetics of prosthetic restorations.

Application:

• the product is used to cover metal frames (e.g. chrome-cobalt) that are to be finished with cold acrylic, a thin layer of opaquer effectively cuts off the dark color of the metal, so that it does not show through the pink acrylic (denture plate);

Characteristics:

• light-curing: the material polymerizes under the influence of UV/LED light, which shortens the working time compared to self-curing systems;
• high covering power: even a very thin layer provides excellent metal coverage, which is crucial in places where there is not enough space for thick layers of material;
• color: pink for masking the skeletons (gingival parts);
• consistency: has the form of a paste that is easy to apply with a brush, which allows for precise application even on very small surfaces.

How to use:

• surface preparation: the metal structure must be previously sandblasted (with aluminum oxide) and thoroughly cleaned;
• application: the opaque is applied with a narrow brush, it is recommended to apply thin layers to ensure full polymerization;
• Irradiation: after application, the material should be cured in a polymerization lamp according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
