IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime is a new definition of all-ceramics materials.

This revolutionary material provides exceptional quality and aesthetics, covering a wide range of dental indications - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges - and enabling a wide range of processing techniques.

IPS ZirCADPrime is a "One-Disc Solution": the material allows you to achieve the highest quality results and at the same time optimizes the efficiency and operating costs of dental laboratories.

Gradient Technology (GT) that is used to produce IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime represents a new, unique production method in which 3Y-TZP zirconium oxide and highly translucent 5Y-TZP zirconium oxide are combined in a very unique way.

  • Due to the high durability of the IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime material, we can use it in any clinical case - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges. Moreover, it can be used to produce restorations with very thin walls.

Application:

  • Full contour crowns.
  • Full contour 3-unit bridges.
  • Full-contour 4-unit bridges.
  • Extensive bridges, with a maximum of two points per span.
  • Hats.
  • 3-point or multi-point bridge substructures with a maximum of 2 points per span.

Processing techniques:

  • Staining.
  • Cut-back.
  • Layering.
  • Infiltration Technique.

  • 650 MPa (5Y- TZP) bending resistance in the incisal section, where a high level of translucency and high strength are expected.
