Synergy 735 5L Coolant

Synergy 735 is a fully synthetic, water-miscible, mineral oil-free metalworking fluid. It boasts excellent compatibility with aluminum and is easy to clean, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and surface quality on machined parts. Because the solution is crystal clear, it provides the operator with full visibility of the machining process.

Scope of application:

• The coolant is universal and suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including: Aluminum (even sensitive alloys, without leaving stains), Titanium alloys , Steel and stainless steel, Copper alloys, Carbon composites (CFRP).

Characteristics:

• high cleanliness and washability: the product is ideal for precision cleaning;
• low foaming: the coolant has a low tendency to foam, making it ideal for use in high-pressure systems;
• excellent filtration: can be filtered in systems with a precision of up to 1 micron;
• safety and neutrality: has a neutral pH and is well tolerated by human skin, does not contain bactericides.

Recommendations for use and concentration;

• recommended working concentrations: typical use: 6 – 10% (refractometer reading: 4.3 – 7.1% Brix);
• variable concentration range: 6 – 15% (refractometer reading: 4.3 – 10.7 % Brix).

Important operating instructions:

• Water: The product is designed for use with demineralized water only (DI water, conductivity <50 µSiemens).
• Foam control: Do not use calcium acetate to reduce foam. If foam appears unexpectedly, it is recommended to use a dedicated defoamer: Additive A33 (Art. No. 29106-02).
• pH warning: Never add alkaline system cleaners or pH boosters to the coolant. Raising pH drastically reduces the fluid's lubricating properties.
• You should also not process the parts immediately after adding the alkaline cleaning agent to the system.
