Gypsum class III EcoStone yellow 5kg

Hard synthetic gypsum type 3, high quality, intended for foundry work in the technique of partial dentures, frame dentures and orthodontic appliances. Meets the requirements of the ISO 6873-3 standard. Certificate of Admission No. IL-5629/MS.

Physical properties :

• Hardening time: approx. 10 min.
• Compressive strength after 1 h: over 20 N/mm2.
• Hardness after 24 hours over 80 N/mm2.
• Linear expansion after 2 hours : less than 0.14%.

Mixing proportions and method of use:

• Plaster 100 g: 30 ml.
• Water: gypsum 0.3 ml/g.
• Operating temperature approx. 23 °C.
• Fast in no more than 10 seconds. pour gypsum into water in the proportions given above.
• Wait 20 seconds. until the water is absorbed by the plaster.
• Mechanical mixing: 30 sec.
• Manual mixing: 60 sec.
• During this time, the plaster reaches the optimal consistency for pouring into model molds using a shaker.
• Shaking time: approx. 6 min.
• After this time, stop shaking so as not to disturb the crystallization process.

Storage :

• At least 12 months in a tight, moisture-proof packaging.
