IPS ZirCAD Prime is the "One-Disc Solution": the material allows you to achieve the highest quality results while optimizing the efficiency and costs of dental laboratories. The Gradient Technology (GT) that is used to produce IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime represents a new, unique manufacturing method where 3Y-TZP zirconia and 5Y-TZP high translucent zirconia are combined in a very unique way.

  • Due to the high strength of IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime, we can use it in every clinical case - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges. Moreover, it can be used to produce restorations with very thin walls.

Application:

  • Full contour crowns.
  • Full-contour 3-point bridges.
  • Full contour 4-unit bridges.
  • Extensive bridges, with a maximum of two points in the span.

  • 3-point or multi-point bridge foundations with up to 2 points in the span.

Processing techniques:
