IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime is the new definition of all-ceramics materials. This revolutionary material offers exceptional quality and aesthetics, covers a wide range of dental indications - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges - and enables a wide range of processing techniques. IPS ZirCAD Prime is the "One-Disc Solution": the material allows to achieve the highest-quality results and at the same time optimizes the efficiency and labor costs of dental laboratories. Gradient Technology (GT), which is used in the production of IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime, represents a new, unique production method in which 3Y-TZP zirconium oxide and 5Y-TZP highly translucent zirconium oxide are combined in a very unique way.

Due to the high strength of IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime, it can be used in every clinical case - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges. Moreover, it can be used for the production of restorations with very thin walls.

Application:

  • Full-contour crowns
  • Full-contour three-point bridges
  • 4-unit full-contour bridges
  • Extensive bridges, with a maximum of two points in the span
  • Caps
  • 3-unit or multi-unit bridge frameworks with a maximum of 2 points in the span

Processing techniques:

  • Coloring
  • Cut-back
  • Layering
  • Infiltration Technique
