Zirconium Coloring liquid Gingiva 50ml
Coloring liquid for complete or partial coloring of milled zirconia frameworks before sintering.
- pink color (Gingiva)
How to use:
- Apply the coloring liquid using a brush onto the thoroughly cleaned zirconium surface;
- The number of layers applied depends on the desired depth of gum color;
- the staining should not exceed the cervical border to avoid unwanted staining of the crown;
- place the work on a dust-free paper mat that will absorb excess liquid, then dry under an infrared lamp or leave to dry completely;
- Once completely dry, you can begin sintering the restoration.
Packaging:
- 50ml
T2 Aidite zirconia sealant 25 ml
Opaque liquid - plays a key role in masking discoloration of dental abutments (e.g. metal posts or teeth after root canal treatment) in zirconium oxide restorations.
Material Characteristics
- This fluid changes the optical properties of zirconium without impairing its mechanical parameters.
- Strength: Over 900 MPa after sintering means the restoration remains highly resistant to fracture, typical of high-grade structural zirconia.
- Density: High density after sintering (>6.0 g/cm³) guarantees tightness and durability of the structure.
- Safety: Toxicity level 0 confirms full biocompatibility.
Application Instructions (Step by Step):
Because the liquid is colorless, working with it requires precision. Here's how to best apply it:
- Mixing (optional): Mix Opaque Liquid T2 with the identifying liquid (auxiliary dye). This will allow you to see exactly where and how thick a layer you've applied to the white structure before baking.
- Application: Use a brush to apply the liquid to the inner surface of the crown or bridge.
- Stabilization: Wait a moment for the liquid to penetrate evenly into the structure of the material.
- Drying: This is a crucial step – make sure the work is completely dry before putting it in the kiln to avoid micro-cracks.
- Sintering: Follow the standard cycle for the specific zirconia type.
Packaging:
- 1 pc.
