Estetic H for crowns and bridges
Estetic H acrylic material intended for the production of crowns and bridges, hardened by heat.
Characteristics:
- It is an ideal material for making sheath crowns and veneering crowns and bridges;
- It can be used to produce teeth in removable and skeleton dentures;
- Requires a short polymerization time;
- It is characterized by low water and saliva absorption, thanks to which its color does not change;
- It ensures the perfect color of prosthetic restorations thanks to a rich color palette.
Technical data:
- Mixing proportions: by weight powder/liquid - 2:1;
- Dough preparation time: 15 min.;
- Dough shelf life: 13 min.;
- Residual monomer content: 1.33%;
- Breaking strength: min. 72.2 Mpa;
- Solubility: max. 0.1 μg/mm3;
- Sorption: max. 23.1 μg/mm3.
Polymerization process
The above process is performed twice - first time for the neck and dentine modeled together, second time for the enamel:
- Place the can in boiling water;
- Keep at 100°C for 20 min.;
- Cool in water to room temperature.
