Ips PressVEST Premium Powder 100g
Ips PressVEST Premium Powder.
Product description:
- IPS PressVest Premium is a universal, phosphate-bonded investment material (Type 1, Class 1 and 2) that can be used with Ivoclar press ceramic materials.
- It can be used in both the speed heating procedure and the conventional procedure.
Speed heating procedure:
- the ring is placed in an oven heated to its final temperature and then, after a specified time, transferred to the pressing oven.
Conventional heating procedure:
- the ring is placed in an unheated oven (room temperature) and heated to the final temperature as recommended. After a specified time, the ring is transferred to the pressing oven.
Indications:
IPS Press VEST Premium can be used with the following Ivoclar press ceramic materials
IPS e.max Press;
- IPS e.max ZirPress;
- IPS InLine PoM (Press-on Metal);
Storage:
- store at 12-28°C;
- store the powder in a dry place;
- do not store the liquid at a temperature lower than +5 °C (due to its sensitivity to low temperatures!), if the liquid freezes, it becomes unsuitable for use due to crystallization.
Temperature at which the material can be used:
- ambient temperature 18 °C - max. 23 °C;
- Temperatures significantly outside this range may significantly affect the setting process;
- lower ambient temperature slows down the chemical process;
- higher ambient temperature accelerates the chemical process (from temp. 23 - 28 °C the fluid with water can be cooled to 12 °C.
Mixing proportions:
- By diluting the liquid, it is possible to control the expansion of the investment material, which affects the fit of the overpressed restoration;
- liquid concentration is expressed in %;
The important proportions of the mixed liquid (investment liquid + distilled water) depend on the amount of powder and must be strictly adhered to.
100 g powder: 26 ml liquid (investment liquid + distilled water);
- 200 g powder: 52 ml liquid (investment liquid + distilled water);
- 300 g powder: 78 ml liquid (investment liquid + distilled water);
The following fluid concentration information is a guide only and may be adjusted depending on job size and mixing conditions.
Do not dilute the liquid below 50%!
