Hatho - thermoplastic polishing kit Promotion

HATHO has developed a polishing kit for thermoplastics. This three-step process produces polishing results significantly faster than existing methods.

Using HATHO ThermoPol Set products, you can easily polish thermoplastic dentures to a high shine.

The thermoplastic polishing kit is divided into three stages:

Pre-polishing:

• Attach an 80mm white hard bristle brush + Scotch Brite cloth (item no. 4280) to the polisher and set the speed to 1800 rpm. Use grey polish (item no. 313168) and rub it onto the brush for 2 seconds. Polish the selected surface for approximately 3-4 minutes until smooth.

Cleaning, polishing to a shine:

• Attach a soft silicone cotton 14-layer polishing brush (item no. 869 100/14) to the polisher and set the speed to 1800 rpm. Apply an appropriate amount of cream (item no. 313200), recommended 0.5, to the denture and polish for approximately 3-4 minutes, until smooth enough for final polishing.

Polishing to a final mirror shine:

• Attach an impregnated muslin cotton disc (item no. 868 4" x 50 H) to the polisher and set the speed to 1800 rpm. Use the pink, ultra-fine grit paste (item no. 313196) and rub it on the cotton disc for 2 seconds, polish lightly and gently for about 3-4 minutes until the final mirror shine is achieved on the denture surface.
