Estetic H for crowns and bridges

Estetic H acrylic material intended for the production of crowns and bridges, hardened with heat.

Characteristics:

• It is an ideal material for making sheath crowns and veneering crowns and bridges;
• It can be used to create teeth in fixed and frame dentures;
• Requires a short polymerization time;
• It is characterized by low water and saliva absorption, so its color does not change;
• It ensures the perfect color of prosthetic restorations thanks to a rich color palette.

• Mixing ratio: powder/liquid by weight - 2:1;
• Dough preparation time: 15 min.;
• Dough shelf life: 13 min.;
• Residual monomer content: 1.33%;
• Breaking strength: min. 72.2 Mpa;
• Solubility: max. 0.1 μg/mm3;
• Sorption: max. 23.1 μg/mm3.

Polymerization process

The above process is performed twice - first time for the neck and dentin modeled together, second time for the enamel:

• Place the can in boiling water;
• Keep at 100°C for 20 min.;
• Cool in water to room temperature.
