Vivaflex injection dentures course Szymon Rosiński

A one-day course on making Viva Flex flexible dentures using the iPress automatic injection molding machine for people starting to work with thermoplastic materials. The training is intended for dental technicians.

During the course you will learn:

THEORY:

• How to make an injection denture correctly.
• Advantages and disadvantages of flexible materials for dentures.
• Advantages and disadvantages of various injection systems.

PRACTICE:

• Undercut analysis, design, model duplication.
• Making aesthetic retention elements, modeling the prosthesis on a duplicate model, tooth preparation, embedding in plaster, scalding the can.

• Prosthesis injection, processing and polishing.

• Discussion of basic errors and problems when working with thermoplastic material.

• After completing the course, each participant will receive a script of the issues discussed and a certificate of participation.
