Exocad course - PartialCAD - Design of skeletal prostheses (stationary course)

A one-day course on designing skeletal prostheses and printing them on a 3D printer for people starting to work with the PartialCAD - EXOCAD module.

• The training is intended for dental technicians and prosthodontists.

During the course you will learn:

THEORY:

• Digital design protocol in PartialCAD
• Advantages and disadvantages of working in a digital environment
• 3D printing tips & tricks

PRACTICE:

• Preparation for design including setting individual project parameters for the PartialCAD module.
• Creation of two projects (top and bottom) in Wizard and Expert modes with explanation of the key functions of the PartialCAD module.
• Analysis of individual stages of work based on various settings (Mesh, connectors, clasps, wax edit, finish line, wax edition) and measurement of the thickness of individual design elements.
• Printing the designed work on a 3D printer and performing post-processing (washer/lamp) on the 3D printer and performing post-processing (washer/lamp).
• Explanation of additional features of the PartialCAD module.
• Questions/discussion.

After completing the course, each participant will receive a script of the issues discussed and a certificate of participation
