Diamond Micro DFS 50161

Sidia® synthetic diamonds are permanently embedded in a sintered metal matrix consisting primarily of bronze with additives such as manganese and other alloying metals.

The sintering process takes place at a temperature of approximately 700°C.

Thanks to their fully sintered diamond structure, Sidia® tools are exceptionally durable and wear evenly, allowing for precise and long-lasting machining of ceramics, zirconium and prosthetic metals.

As the outer layer is worn away, more sharp diamond particles emerge.

Characteristics:
