Sidia® synthetic diamonds are permanently embedded in a sintered metal matrix, consisting mainly of bronze and additives such as manganese and other alloying metals.

The sintering process takes place at a temperature of approximately 700°C.

Thanks to the full structure of the diamond sinter, Sidia® tools are characterized by exceptional durability and uniform wear, which allows for precise and long-lasting processing of ceramics, zirconia, and prosthetic metals.

As the outer layer wears away, new sharp diamond particles emerge.
