Gilvest MG investment material.
Phosphate investment material for castings of chrome-cobalt alloys for partial dentures.
Mixing proportions:
For works duplicated in silicone: 100 g of powder: 15 ml Gilvest-Liquid conc. 50%
For doubling in gel: 100 g of powder: 14-15 ml Gilvest-Liquid conc. 50%
Mixing:
- Vigorously mix the powder and liquid with a spatula for 10 seconds.
- Then mix using a vacuum mixer for 40 seconds. -Finally, vibrate the mixture for 10 seconds.
- Work time. 3 - 4 minutes.
- Final setting time 45 - 60 min.
