Vertex Orthoplast 22 4000g
Vertex Orthoplast - self-polymerizing acrylic material for the production of orthodontic appliances.
Characteristics:
- colorless;
- for mixing there is a wide range of liquid dyes (9 colors + colorless) with a capacity of 250 ml;
- for the production of orthodontic appliances using the dough technique and the pouring technique.
Technical specifications:
- dough phase 9 minutes;
- working time 6 minutes;
- curing time 20 minutes at 55°C and 2.5 bar;
- mixing ratio by volume / parts by weight 1 ml / 0.95 g liquid (monomer) 2.1 g powder (polymer);
- bending strength ≥ 50 MPa;
- flexural modulus ≥ 1500 MPa;
- water sorption ≤ 32 μg/mm³;
- solubility≤ 5.0 μg/mm³.
