Aurosil Form 20 Fast 1kg+1kg

Type A silicone for duplicating models made of materials such as plaster, investment material, resins, wax, etc.

Description:

  • It is characterized by high pourability, which guarantees high accuracy of reproduced details, with a relatively quick setting time.
  • It can be used both in the technology of manufacturing frame dentures, flexible dentures, creating control models, as well as in other technological processes requiring the duplication of a specific element, with a specific shape, including modeling resin (e.g. Form Plast).
  • AUROSIL 20 FAST FORM can be used to create a negative form when making dentures using the pouring technique (e.g. from Villacryl SP acrylic material)

Advantages:

  • Optimally fluid consistency when pouring.
  • Accurate flow and reproduction of all details of the replicated model/element.
  • Fast setting time.
  • Effective in all dental techniques (and not only) that require duplication.
  • Minimal linear shrinkage (<0.1%)
  • Optimal hardness facilitating the release of the model/element from the silicone mold.
  • No release of toxic substances during and after hardening.

Technical data:

  • White and orange color.
  • Mixing ratio 1:1.
  • Operating time at 23°C*, 50% humidity: 2 – 3 min.
  • The time to release the model from the mold is approximately 20 minutes.
  • Shore A hardness after 30 min: 15 – 21 ShA.
  • Shore A hardness after 24 hours: 16 – 23 ShA.
