Bausch ArtiCheck 40 μ BK 09 articulating paper
Bausch articulating paper, super thin, 40 microns, blue.
Bausch articulating tracing paper, super thin, 40 microns, resistant to tearing, covered with dye solution on both sides. These decals reproduce contact points extremely precisely thanks to the small thickness of the material. This avoids the formation of defective and blurred contact points. A special layer of liquid dye allows all occlusal contact points or interference to be clearly marked. Surfaces wet with saliva that are difficult to control, such as gold, porcelain, polished surfaces of metal alloys and plastics, are also no problem.
The special layer of liquid dye consists of many small microcapsules that are soaked in dye. Already under the pressure of small chewing forces, the microcapsules burst and the dye is clearly deposited on the inspected surfaces. It is also possible to trace several times as the dye regenerates.
Bausch's super thin occlusion tracing papers are particularly suitable for representing static and dynamic occlusion in two colors. In the first stage, the centric contact points (static occlusion) are checked in red, and then the eccentric points (dynamic occlusion) are checked in blue. Of course, the order of using the colors can be changed.
