Villacryl SP 500g/300ml

Acrylic material intended for the production of acrylic parts in skeletal dentures, as well as for the production of complete dentures using the pouring method.

It can also be used to repair dentures or to create temporary or immediate dentures.

Colors:

• 0 colorless;
• V2 milky pink veined;
• V4 pink veined.

• mixing proportions – acrylic parts of frame dentures: 10 g powder / 7 ml (6.5 g) liquid;
• casting time – acrylic parts of frame dentures: 60-90 s (23 °C);
• polymerization process – acrylic parts of frame dentures: 50-60 °C minimum 20 min. 2 bar;
• fracture strength: > 60* MPa;
• solubility: < 8* µg/mm³;
• sorption: < 32* µg/mm³;
• mixing proportions – infusion-based dentures: 10 g powder / 5.2 ml (5 g) liquid;
• casting time – poured dentures: 30-60 s (23 °C);
• polymerization process – poured dentures: 60 °C 30 min. 2 bar.
