Main advantages over conventional sintering furnaces:

• sintering time up to 1550 ºC: 110 min.
• cooling to 300 ºC: 130 min.

Unlike conventional sintering equipment—in which heat is transferred from the outside of the structure to the inside—a microwave furnace generates heat at all points within the structure, achieving a more uniform temperature. The resulting structure is cleaner, more durable, and more precise because there are no drafts during heating.

Zirconium is an excellent heat-resistant material. In a traditional furnace, heating must occur gradually, maintaining a uniform temperature distribution. This leads to the long duration of sintering programs.

By using a microwave appliance, you will save on maintenance thanks to lower power, fewer components and a smaller size.
