IPS e.max Zirconia Color Liquid 15ml NEW
IPS e.max Zirconia Color Liquid are specialized liquid dyes that are used to characterize restorations before the sintering process (in the "soft" state).
Application (Infiltration Technique):
- These liquids are applied to milled but not yet sintered zirconium oxide restorations. Because the material is porous, the dye penetrates deep into the structure rather than remaining on the surface.
Advantages:
- Integrated color indicator: This feature allows for precise control of the application process by temporarily tinting the preparation. This allows the technician to precisely monitor the extent and intensity of the applied liquid on the unsintered structure. The color indicator burns completely during the sintering process, leaving no impact on the final aesthetics of the restoration.
- individualization: although IPS e.max Zirconia discs already have a built-in gradient (GTx technology), Color Liquids allow you to "color" places that require special attention (e.g. a very dark tooth pillar);
- color depth: because the dye is inside the structure, the restoration looks natural even with little space for ceramic characterization (Ceram Art);
- without affecting strength: Ivoclar has developed them so that they do not weaken the structure of the zirconium and do not affect its stability during shrinkage in the furnace.
Packaging:
- 1 pc./15ml
IPS e.max Zirconia Color Liquid Diluter 60ml NEW
A diluting liquid designed to modify the intensity of IPS e.max Zirconia Color and Effect Liquids. It allows the technician to precisely dilute the pigment saturation, allowing for even more subtle color transitions and transparency effects.

Mestra MICROWAVES II zirconium sintering furnace
A modern microwave sintering furnace for zirconium. MICROWAVES II version.
An oven using the latest technological advances in microwave heating.
This solution offers key advantages over conventional sintering furnaces:
- total sintering time: approx. 4 hours;
- heating time to 1550 ºC: 110 min;
- cooling to 300 ºC: 130 min.
Unlike conventional devices—in which heat penetrates from the outside into the structure—in a microwave oven, heat is generated simultaneously at all points within the material. This results in a much more even temperature distribution. The resulting sintered structure is cleaner, more durable, and more precise because there are no thermal "drafts" during heating.
Zirconia is a material with very high thermal resistance. In a traditional furnace, heating must occur very slowly, with numerous stabilization stages, to ensure the heat reaches the interior of the prosthesis. This causes long sintering cycles.
Key benefits:
- efficiency: the fastest program takes about 4 hours (110 min of heating + 130 min of cooling), which shortens the time compared to conventional ovens;
- economy and maintenance: lower power, fewer components and compact size translate into low maintenance costs, the furnace does not require delicate and expensive molybdenum disilicide heating elements;
- very low energy consumption: power consumption is only 800-1100 W during a full cycle;
- greater productivity: the ability to carry out several production cycles in one day, which significantly increases the efficiency of the workshop;
- ease of use: the device is extremely simple in everyday use;
- compact dimensions: the furnace is much smaller than standard devices – it will fit in any laboratory;
- ready to work: the stove is delivered with all necessary accessories for immediate start-up;
- comfort of work: the device practically does not release heat into the environment, which is extremely important in summer in closed rooms.
Technical data:
- dimensions (width x depth x height): 385 x 440 x 547 mm;
- weight: 31 kg;
- supply voltage: AC 230 V, 50 Hz;
- protection (fuse): 15 A;
- maximum power: 2000 W;
- maximum temperature: 1550 ºC.

Vertys Mineral Pack 1g
Vertys Mineral Pack
Vertys Opak is a light-curing covering material for dental alloys made of non-precious metals.
It is used in non-precious alloy work where beam, saddle and retention covering is required.
Characteristics:
- masking metal: covering dark metal substructures (CrCo, titanium) in bridges and crowns so that the metal does not "show" the blue color through the aesthetic layer;
- masking implant abutments: hiding gray titanium elements in hybrid works;
- Neutralization of discoloration: for covering very dark, natural tooth abutments that could spoil the final color of the work.
Opak Gold was created to solve the problem of “gray” in prosthetic restorations:
- warm light reflection: the golden base color imitates the natural, warm light reflection that the dentin (dentine) in a living tooth gives;
- neutralization of gray metal: dark metal alloys (e.g. chrome-cobalt) tend to give the work a bluish, cold shade, the gold base effectively "warms" the entire structure from the inside.
Colors:
- Light;
- Medium;
- Dark;
- Pink;
- Gold.

Pink Flow Shades
Vertys Mineral Pink liquid shades are available in eight different colors: White, Light, Medium, Dark, Flamingo, Plume, Salmon, and Extra Dark. They are ideal for superficial characterization of gums. Their UDMA-based formula ensures that these shades not only look beautiful after polishing but also offer exceptional color retention over time.
White: Used to lighten other colors or to imitate gingival ischemia (anemia) and to highlight root prominences.
- Light: Ideal for light-skinned patients; used to imitate healthy, well-vascularized tissue in marginal periodontal areas.
- Medium: The most universal color; matches the standard European gum shade.
- Dark Pink: Designed for patients with darker skin tones or to imitate deeper layers of tissue in non-vascularized areas.
- Dark Red; Intense gum color, perfectly imitates natural depressions and areas with greater color intensity in the oral cavity.
- Extra Dark: Used for restorations in people with very dark skin tones or to create deep shadows in interdental spaces.
- Flamingo: Intense, vibrant pink; great for giving a natural "blush" to tissue in areas with strong blood supply.
- Plume: A soft, subtle shade of pink, often used to create tonal transitions between different areas of the gum.
- Salmon: A warm shade; ideal for imitating tissue in areas where the gum is thinner and bone or vessels show through.
Technical tips for characterization:
- Layering: To achieve a 3D effect, it is recommended to apply darker shades (e.g. Dark or Extra Dark) in depth (interdental spaces, grooves) and lighter shades (Light, White) on the ridges.
- Durability (UDMA): Thanks to the use of UDMA resin, these colors do not yellow or darken under the influence of factors in the oral cavity, which is crucial for long-term dentures and implant works.
- Finishing: Remember to use Vertys Mineral Gel before final polymerization to achieve perfect polishability and color brilliance. In hard-to-reach areas (e.g., deep interdental spaces in gingival characterizations) where insertion of a polishing brush or eraser is difficult, we recommend using Vertys Mineral Glaze liquid.
Material characteristics:
- material type: hybrid composite with microfiller enriched with mineral particles;
- structure: dense polymer network ensuring high abrasion resistance and color stability over time;
- biocompatibility: full integration with soft tissues, minimizing the risk of plaque build-up;

Thanks to its unique molecular structure, this material combines precision machining with excellent mechanical parameters.
Pink shades of paste:
- Vertys Mineral Pink paste shades are available in three colors: Light, Medium, and Dark. Their malleability makes them ideal for initial application to denture surfaces. They combine perfectly with flowable materials for characterization. The UMDA-based formula ensures that these shades not only look beautiful after polishing but also offer high color retention over time.
- Consistency: The paste has a thicker, more moldable texture. This prevents runny, allowing for the construction of the form (gum anatomy), while the Flow version is used for detailing and adding shades.
- Application: You use the paste as a "base" to create the general shape of the gum, and then apply liquid shades (e.g. Flamingo or Salmon) on (or into) it to achieve natural color transitions.
- Plasticity: You can apply it with modeling tools, which gives you more control over the layer thickness compared to liquid materials.
Suggested workflow:
- Base: Apply paste (e.g. Medium) and model the general outline of the gum.
- Characterization: Before polymerization or on polymerized and matt paste, apply Flow shades.
- Protection: Use Vertys Mineral Gel before final exposure.
- Finish: Mechanical polishing or Vertys Mineral Glaze.
