Liquidip model hardening liquid 1000ml
Liquidip model hardening liquid is a low-viscosity, alcohol-based preparation designed for surface preparation of models in a dental laboratory.
Features:
- excellent penetration, deeply penetrates the model structure;
- after applying the liquid, the model surface becomes hard and smooth, which significantly facilitates further work;
- additionally, the product improves wax adhesion during modeling.
Application:
To achieve optimal results, follow the procedure below:
- preparation of the investment model: the model cast from investment material must be completely set, clean, and free of dust.
- bath / application (cold): immerse the model for a few seconds in LIQUIDIP liquid;
- draining and drying (WITHOUT using high temperature): remove the model and drain excess liquid, leave the model to dry completely at room temperature of approx. 20°C for approx. 15 minutes. The alcohol contained in the liquid evaporates, leaving an internalized layer of resin on the surface, which smoothly hardens the coating.
- gel duplication (e.g., REPLIGEL) and wax modeling: after drying, the model is ready for duplication in duplicating gel. The hardened surface prevents damage to the model and significantly improves wax adhesion during construction application.
Packaging:
- 1000ml
Durofluid Bego 100 ml
Durofluid spray for hardening models.
Catalog number BEGO 52008
To increase the adhesion of wax-formed parts, investment models replicated in silicone can be dried at a temperature of approximately 70 °C – 100 °C for approximately 10 minutes.
The casting material models are then sprayed with a thin and even layer of Durofluid modelling spray.
Advantages:
- durofluid hardens dry models duplicated in the investment mass;
- provides the modeled work with better support.
Packaging:
- 100ml spray
Prohard Model Hardening Fluid 900ml
Prohard model hardening fluid.
Characteristics:
- liquid intended for hardening and tempering duplicated models made of investment materials;
- the preparation holds the wax well and does not react with preparations that reduce surface tension;
- shows good adhesion, the preparation is well absorbed into the replicated model, providing an optimally hardened, smooth surface for further processing.
How to use:
- dry the duplicated model at 120-150°C and then cool to 45°C;
- then dip twice in Prohard liquid for 10 seconds and leave to cool completely.
Packaging:
- 900ml
Durol Bego Model Hardening Liquid 1000ml
Preparation for hardening models.
Catalog number BEGO 52111
Does not contain solvent.
**Advantages:***
- when used cold, it penetrates very well into the surface of the replicated models during hardening;
- models are hard and smooth;
- The recommended drying temperature for the duplicate model is 250 °C.
Packaging:
- 1l
Bredent Hardener for Investment Masses 500ml
Spray hardener for cold use with all agar and silicone investment materials.
Characteristics:
- hard and smooth models made of investment materials;
- convenient, clean and fast duplication;
- guarantee of precise castings;
- using the hardener "cold" shortens the working time.
Instructions for use:
- After duplicating the investment model, dry it at 100-150 °C for about 30 minutes;
- then cool the model so that you can hold it comfortably in your hands and spread it on a paper towel;
- from a distance of approx. 30 cm, thinly spray the model with the hardener;
- Once dry, you can start modeling in wax.
Attention:
- flammable product.
Packaging:
- 1 pc./500ml
