Ivostar teeth are designed in accordance with the latest knowledge about the morphology of natural teeth.

Thanks to their shape, colour and special layered structure, they are used in all types of removable dentures.

Ivostar i teeth comply with DIN 13914 and ISO 3336 standards. They are registered and approved for sale in Poland (certificate number 10184/M/94).

Characteristics:

• Ivostar upper front teeth come in three shapes: triangular, square and oval;
• in each of these groups there are five different sized teeth;
• Ivostar lower front teeth come in six sizes;
• the tooth color is in accordance with the Chromascop color key containing 20 colors divided into five color groups, as well as 16 colors A-D and 4 colors for whitened teeth;
• in each group, individual shades are marked with increasing numbers as the colour intensity increases;
• Thanks to the compatibility of Ivostar tooth colours with other materials produced by Ivoclar, they can be used to make all types of dentures;

CLASSIC acrylic teeth are intended for the production of removable dentures.

They meet the requirements of international standards PN EN ISO 22112 and PN EN ISO 7491.

Characteristics:

• are offered in 19 styles in 9 colors of the universal color range V.- A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B2, C2, C3, D3;
• like natural teeth, they have a fluorescent effect;
• they are made of two layers (dentin and enamel);
• the hardness of the enamel is comparable to the hardness of natural teeth;
• the dentin layer is softer to ensure flexibility and good bonding between the tooth and the denture base material;
• in order to ensure good connection of the tooth with the mass on the denture plates, the lateral teeth have a recess;
• Before embedding the teeth in the mass on the denture plates, the wax should be removed with boiling water and the teeth should be degreased with acrylic monomer to prevent them from falling out of the denture plate after polymerization.
• the teeth can withstand temperatures up to 100°C and after the hot polymerization process when bonded to the denture base material, they retain a shiny surface that can be easily polished.
