IPS e.max Ceram Nano-fluoroapatite ceramic for veneering all-ceramic structures. Intended for firing on all IPS e.max components - both made of glass ceramic and zirconium oxide. Thanks to such a combination, a clear scheme of applying individual layers, and a combination of aesthetics and durability of techniques, it can offer the doctor and his patients the maximum brilliance of individual naturalness.

• Coefficient of thermal expansion 9.4 ± 0.5 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-400°C);
• firing temperature 730°C (1st dentin);
• Flexural strength (biaxial) ≥50 N/mm²;

Application:

• Characterization and veneering of IPS e.max Press, IPS e.max ZirPress, IPS e.max CAD and IPS ZirCAD restorations;
• Characterization and veneering of ZrO₂ frameworks in the range of thermal expansion coefficient 10.5-11.0 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-500°C);
• Veneers layered on refractory die material;
• Gingival shaping on aus IPS e.max ZirCAD and IPS e.max ZirPress restorations.
