EcoTray LC Premium new high-quality light-cured material for individual trays.

Polymerization:

• wavelength of light for polymerization 300-400nm;
• minimum UV/halogen polymerization 3-5 minutes;
• It is recommended to polymerize in UV light polymerization devices with a power of at least 36 watts.

Characteristics:

• high dimensional stability;
• break-resistant;
• thickness approx. 2 to 2.4 mm;
• very low shrinkage (2.08 vol%);
• low water absorption (<0.1%);
• pink color.

Application:

• individual impression trays;
• base plates for wax-up;
• functional individual trays for impressions under crowns and bridges;
• bite plates for bite registration.

Safety tip:

• Light-cured plates contain methacrylates, which are a potential contact allergen. To avoid direct contact with skin, the plates are provided with a Vaseline inhibition layer. After curing in the machine, this layer is visible on the plates as a layer of grease. This layer can be wiped off with an alcohol wipe after light curing. This is an additional step to protect your skin.
