Laboratory furnace NT 1313 KXP 4 with catalyst (P,S,R version)

  • NT 1313 is a muffle plate furnace for laboratory and industrial use. The furnace uses high-quality insulating refractory materials and a reliable corundum heating unit with built-in heaters.
  • The furnace is designed for work requiring precise temperature measurement, including heating, ashing, melting, burning off impurities, heating casting molds in prosthetic laboratories, heat treatment of metals, firing fine ceramics and stained glass windows.

KXP4 thermoregulator:

  • The KXP4 is a programmable microprocessor controller with a backlit alphanumeric display, sound signaling and a Bluetooth modem that enables recording and visualization of the process on a computer.

    The KXP4 is available in three versions:

  • basic - 1 1-stage program

  • standard 3 programs max. 3-stage, stages 2 and 3 can have a programmed cooling rate instead of heating, adjustable delay of switching on the furnace operation up to 9 days.
  • extended 9 programs max. 5-stage, stages 2, 3, 4 and 5 can have a programmed cooling rate instead of heating, adjustable delay of switching on the furnace operation up to 9 days.

Each version has:

  • stages with programmable heating rate and stop time,
  • special program C (e.g. for Speed masses),
  • indication of thermocouple wear,
  • SPMW software automatically reducing overshoots,
  • the possibility of changing the program during its implementation,
  • kiln operating hours counter,
  • optionally, the ability to control the catalyst and program its shutdown threshold,
  • optional wireless communication with a computer enabling registration of parameters and visualization of the process.

  • Temperature setting range: 40°C - 1100°C
  • Stop times: from 0min to 9h59min
  • Program. heating rate: from 1 to 20 [°C/min]
