Villacryl H plus set 750g+400ml

Villacryl H Plus is a heat-polymerized polymethacrylate material intended for the production of base plates for full and partial dentures.

Colors:

• 0 colorless;
• V2 milky pink veined;
• V4 pink veined.

Characteristics:

• easy to prepare and process;
• ensures comfort of using the prosthesis;
• high aesthetics of the prosthesis thanks to its natural color;
• increased mechanical strength;
• does not contain heavy metals and tertiary amines;

Technical data:

• mixing proportions 24 g powder / 10 g (10.5 ml) liquid;
• dough preparation time: 20-25 min. (at 23 °C);
• dough shelf life: 25-30 min. (at 23 °C);
• polymerization process 30 min. – 60°C→100°C ,30 min. – 100 °C ,30 min. – air cooling;
• fracture strength > 65* MPa;
• solubility < 1.6* µg/mm³;
• Sorption < 32* µg/mm³.
