Villacryl H plus 750g+400ml + Iso-sol 250ml

Villacryl H Plus, a hot-polymerized polymethacrylate material, intended for making base plates of full and partial dentures.

Characteristics:

• Easy to prepare and process.
• Provides comfort when using the prosthesis.
• High aesthetics of the prosthesis thanks to natural colors.
• Increased mechanical strength.
• Does not contain heavy metals and tertiary amines.
• Biologically neutral.

Technical data:

• Mixing proportions 24 g powder / 10 g (10.5 ml) liquid.
• Dough preparation time 20-25 minutes. (at 23 °C)
• The shelf life of the dough is 25-30 minutes. (at 23 °C)
• Polymerization process 30 min. – 60°C→100°C, 30 min. – 100 °C, 30 min. – air cooling.
• Breaking strength > 65* MPa.
• Solubility < 1.6* µg/mm3.
• Sorption < 32* µg/mm3.
