EcoTray LC Light-curing material for individual trays - sale!!!

Currently recommended polymerization parameters for ECOtrayLC manufactured by DOKUZKIMYA are:

• Wavelength 300-400nm
• Polymerization time: minimum 15 minutes
• It is recommended to polymerize in devices polymerizing with UV light with a minimum power of 36 watts
• The use of LED devices is not recommended

High-quality light-cured material for individual trays. Small and uniform tile thickness of 2.2 mm

Polymerization:

• The material requires specific polymerization conditions with UV light (36W), light range max. 370 nm (300nm-400nm). Under other conditions, incomplete polymerization may occur.

Safety tip:

• Light-curing tiles contain methacrylates, which are a potential contact allergen. To avoid direct contact with the skin, the plates are equipped with an inhibition layer of Vaseline. After hardening in the apparatus, it is visible on the tiles as a layer of lubricant. This layer can be wiped off with an alcohol-soaked cloth after light curing. This is an additional step to protect your skin.
