Villacryl H Plus, a heat-polymerized polymethacrylate material, intended for the production of base plates for full and partial dentures.

Characteristics:

Technical data:

• mixing ratio 24 g powder / 10 g (10.5 ml) liquid;
• dough preparation time: 20-25 min. (at 23 °C);
• dough shelf life: 25-30 min. (at 23 °C);
• polymerization process 30 min. – 60°C→100°C, 30 min. – 100 °C, 30 min. – air cooling;
• fracture strength > 65* MPa;
• solubility < 1.6* µg/mm³;
• Sorption < 32* µg/mm³.
