Acrylic material intended for the production of acrylic parts in frame dentures, as well as for the production of complete dentures using the pouring method.

It can also be used to repair dentures or to make temporary or immediate dentures.

Colors:

• polymerization process – acrylic parts of frame dentures: 50-60 °C minimum 20 min 2 bar;
• fracture strength: > 60* MPa;
• solubility: < 8* µg/mm³;
• sorption: < 32* µg/mm³;
• mixing proportions – infusion-based dentures: 10 g powder / 5.2 ml (5 g) liquid;
• casting time – pouring dentures: 30-60 s (23 °C);
