Vertex RS Rapid Simplified polymer 1000g
Vertex Rapid Simplified acrylic for making full and partial dentures.
Characteristics:
- color 4: colorless;
- color 10: transparent pink with veins;
- for hot polymerization;
- Accelerated (20 min) or traditional polymerization can be used.
Application:
- complete dentures;
- partial dentures.
Technical specifications:
- dough phase 15 minutes;
- working time 30 minutes;
- curing time 20 minutes at 100°C;
- mixing ratio by volume 1 ml / 0.95 g liquid (monomer) 2.3 g powder (polymer);
- impact resistance 11.3 kJ/m²;
- bending strength ≥ 65 MPa;
- modulus of elasticity in bending ≥ 2000 MPa;
- water sorption ≤ 32 μg/mm³;
- solubility ≤ 1.6 µg/mm³.
