Viva Flex Biossis Peek 25g - NEW

Biossis is a new type of reinforced PEEK material for injection molding of framework structures of removable dentures. It is a high-performance polymer based on polyether ether ketones, which is currently the most biocompatible thermoplastic for use in dental prosthetics.

An innovative, light and versatile material that allows the construction of ultra-light frame structures of removable dentures, denture strengthening beams or implantological beams.

Dentures made of Biossis material are made using the canning method using an iPress injection molding machine. The manufacturing procedure is analogous to that in the case of acetal injection.
