Laboratory furnace NT1313 KXP4 (P, S, R version)

NT 1313 is a muffle and plate furnace for laboratory and industrial purposes. The furnace uses high-quality insulating refractory materials and a reliable corundum heating unit with embedded heaters. The furnace is designed for works requiring precise temperature measurement, including annealing, incineration, melting, burning of pollutants, heating of foundry molds in prosthetic laboratories, heat treatment of metals, firing of fine ceramics and stained glass.

KXP4 thermoregulator:

  • The KXP4 is a programmable microprocessor controller with an illuminated alphanumeric display, sound signaling and a Bluetooth modem that enables registration and visualization of the process on a computer.

    The KXP4 is available in three versions:

  • basic - 1 1-stage program

  • standard 3 programs max. 3 stages, stages 2 and 3 can be programmed for cooling rate instead of heating, adjustable delay for turning on the oven operation up to 9 days.
  • extended 9 programs max. 5 steps, steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 can be programmed for cooling rate instead of heating, adjustable delay for turning on the oven operation up to 9 days.

Each version has:

  • stages with programmable heating rate and stop time,
    • special C program (e.g. for Speed masses),
    • indication of thermocouple wear,
  • SPMW software that automatically reduces overshoots,
  • the possibility of changing the program during its implementation,
  • stove operating hours counter,
  • optional catalyst control and programming of its switch-off threshold,
  • optional wireless communication with a computer for parameter registration and process visualization.

    • Stop times: from 0 minutes to 9 hours 59 minutes
